This policy explains what personal data this website collects, why, and what you can do about it. It applies to claudiorabe.com.

Who is responsible

Claudio Rabe and his management are responsible for the data collected on this site. For any privacy question or request, email mark@sounddelivery.org.

Mailing list (Early Access)

If you sign up, we collect your email address and country, and your first name if you give it. We use them to send you news about vinyl drops, releases and shows, and to tell you about concerts in your country.

We only send these emails with your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form and then confirming your subscription from the email we send you. Until you confirm, you won’t receive the newsletter.

Every email has an unsubscribe link. You can also withdraw your consent at any time by emailing us. We keep your details until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them.

The mailing list is run by Kit (Kit.com, United States), which stores your details and sends the emails on our behalf. We also note whether you signed up on the website or from the shop, so we can send vinyl news to people who asked for it.

Professional areas

The press and production areas are password-protected. Unlocking one sets a single, strictly necessary cookie that keeps you signed in for up to 8 hours. It contains no personal information.

Cookies and embedded content

This site does not use analytics or advertising cookies. Some pages include content from other services, which apply their own privacy policies:

• Spotify players (open.spotify.com), which load only when you press the player and may then set cookies.
• YouTube videos, which load from youtube-nocookie.com only when you press play.
• Bandsintown tour dates, loaded from bandsintown.com.

If you close the Early Access pop-up, your browser remembers that choice for 30 days in its local storage. That information stays on your device.

Shop

Purchases are handled by our store provider, which processes your order, payment and delivery details under its own privacy policy. We receive only what is needed to fulfil your order.

Hosting

This site is hosted by Vercel. Like any web host, its servers process technical data such as your IP address to deliver pages and keep the site secure.

Transfers outside the EU

Kit and Vercel are based in the United States. Where your data is transferred outside the European Union, these providers protect it with safeguards recognised under the GDPR, such as the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, and to receive a copy of it. You can withdraw your consent at any time. To do any of this, email mark@sounddelivery.org.

If you think your data has been mishandled, you can complain to your data protection authority. In France, including La Réunion, that is the CNIL (cnil.fr).
